I started my vacation Monday. Taking August off. Why? Covid? No. I always take August off. August is when school schedules are set. I have students in 5 different school systems. These schools all have different calendars. Now, some meet online, some in person, some activities canceled, some not. Some of my students’ parents are considering home-schooling. But essentially, it’s August.
So since my husband is working from home, I walked by his “office” to find him partially dressed at his work computer. I snorted and said, “Casual Friday, eh?” He said, “It’s Thursday.”
1 week into my vacation and my brain is leaking out my ears.
