I pulled something in my back. It took me a while to figure out what I’d done, since I don’t do a whole lot of physical activity. When I figured it out, it was so stupid it moved me to action. Now you want to know what it is, don’t you…
I was doing the Sudoku puzzle while sitting on my bed at an angle. I had one leg on the bed, and the other dangling, and was doing my puzzle. I didn’t notice it getting a bit tight because I was concentrating so hard. This stupid little pulled muscle made it difficult for me to get my leg into the car. It made it painful to just sit on the couch. It made it hard to find a comfortable sleeping position.
Well, today… dat dat daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa… I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 20 min. I’m going to do this 4x a week during March. As I get used to the activity, I will add some more: elliptical, stationary bike, some free weights, and go back to walking around the lake at Walnut Creek.
I am going to keep track of my activity and my weight and other side effects here.
